About Me

Kristin Morrison works closely with both the advisors and clients to help ensure our new clients transition smoothly and that our established clients continue to receive a high level of service. Kristin has wide-ranging experience in client support and administrative processes and has extensive knowledge of all the types of investment and insurance products we offer. She is a “big picture” thinker and is always looking for ways to improve the client experience. Kristin is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She joined the financial services industry in 2005 and worked in several large firms, earning multiple awards for her work, including the “Extra Mile Award” and “Staff Member of the Year.” Over time, she realized that the focus at larger companies was on shareholders rather than individual clients and their needs, and she decided it was time for a change. She began working with Wealth Advisor, Jon Pettigrew, and Retirement Plan Relationship Manager, Deborah Dalman, in 2017 and was immediately drawn to the personal attention provided to each client, no matter the account balance.

Kristin is a lifelong resident of Rockford, Michigan, where she lives with her husband Eric, son Elliot and dog Jim. She is a former volunteer for the American Cancer Society, having served five years as a captain for Relay for Life, and has organized two Bark for Life events in Rockford. Kristin enjoys exploring Michigan, sewing, cooking (especially baking!) and spending time with her family.
