As a Client Service Associate, Julianna helps keep our daily operations running smoothly, from managing the client review calendar to preparing account documentation and coordinating tax document delivery. She serves as an early point of contact for our clients, guiding them through onboarding, portal navigation, and day-to-day questions with patience and care. Julianna works closely with our Wealth Advisors to ensure every client request is tracked, communicated, and resolved on time.
