Ms. Recchia received her education from University of Detroit Mercy School of Health Sciences with focus on Administration of Health Services and Administration.  Luisa work alongside the Chief Executive Officer at Hutzel Hospital focusing on strategic planning, facilitating and managing a physician group oncology practice.

While in the Oncology Practice Luisa shored up her project management skills by facilitated (feasibility, floor plan, layout, practice requirements, etc.) from Hutzel to Karmanos.  At which time these skills were leveraged her leadership coaching skills and Entrepreneur Operating System to help grow other entrepreneurs and business owners using EOS® to help improve efficiencies and effectiveness in organizations.

Ms. Recchia opened Maria’s Ice Cream Café in 2003.  An espresso coffee and Ice Cream shop.  This was a learning experience for all aspects of a business which is invaluable when working with Entrepreneurs.  I closed the shop after 3 years when the landlord sold the building.
