About Me

Kayla’s organizational abilities and attention to detail help her excel in her role as our Operations Manager. She works directly with our Client Relationship Managers to create a seamless and comfortable client experience. Whether ensuring timely responses in the new client documentation process or nurturing the growth of long-standing accounts, Kayla makes sure our team has all the resources needed to provide the highest standard of service. A Michigan native, Kayla graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Personal Financial Planning. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
